Blue is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Foam Cutting Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate CNC machines (hot wire or router) to shape insulation foam used in the construction of high-end sauna rooms and water features. The candidate must have a strong understanding of machine setup, precision cutting, and foam material handling, ensuring all parts meet design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain CNC foam cutting machines (hot wire and/or CNC router).
Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD/CAM files, and cutting instructions.
Set up machine parameters for different types of foam (EPS, XPS, PU).
Monitor the cutting process to ensure accuracy and adjust as needed.
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure timely production of parts.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
Record production data and material usage.

Requirements:
Proven experience operating CNC machines (preferably hot wire or router types).
Knowledge of insulation foam materials used in construction.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, RhinoCAM, or similar).
Ability to read technical drawings and cut based on specifications.
Basic mechanical and maintenance skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid Transferrable Iqama in Saudi Arabia
